Planning service

StopSage compares departures between two locations, suggests an order for one or more stops on a route, and compares start times for 1–5 available drivers. For multi-driver planning, you may provide preassigned routes or ask StopSage to divide stops among the selected drivers. A pooled plan lets you require a minimum number of vehicles, each with at least one stop; the minimum cannot exceed the available vehicles or stop count. Vehicles above that minimum can remain unused when that scores better. The result seeks a short aggregate plan from sampled candidates; it does not promise equal workloads, a globally optimal traveling-salesperson or fleet solution, actual arrival time, or savings. Choose a fixed departure or a future window up to 24 hours long. Larger stop lists and departure windows increase the quote and processing work; request-size limits, provider feasibility, and the planning execution deadline still apply.

Stop time and navigation

Your service minutes are included in route timing and departure comparisons. Driver handoff preserves the recommended sequence in Google Maps links, QR codes, sharing, and email drafts. Longer routes are split into consecutive sections to fit phone limits. Google Maps recalculates driving directions and does not automatically wait for the service minutes you entered. Drivers must open each section in order and check locations before setting off.

Operational decisions

Check addresses, service durations, and estimates before driving. Actual traffic, road access, parking, and delivery times can differ. This version does not enforce customer appointment windows, load capacities, driver breaks, or truck restrictions. It provides no live driver tracking or proof of delivery. Navigation links open Google Maps, which can update its route independently. Follow applicable road rules and use the planner while safely parked.

Credits and payments

The initial offer is a one-time purchase of 20 planning credits for US $19 or 100 credits for US $79. There is no automatic refill or required subscription. Purchased credits do not expire. Each search shows a credit quote before confirmation; the charge varies with stops, departure samples, and driver routes. Confirming reserves credits. A failed search or cancellation before results are delivered restores its wallet credits. A completed search consumes its quoted credits. Free-credit searches are subject to availability and usage limits. Failed searches restore your credits, but repeated attempts may still reach a usage limit. The dollar range shown beside a plan's credits is their equivalent pack value, not an additional charge.

Drafts and result recovery

Draft inputs are retained in the current tab when browser storage is available. Google forecasts and optimized results remain in the live session; refreshing or leaving can lose them. Recent plans retain your submitted inputs and job receipts. Each completed charged original plan includes one fresh recalculation at no extra credit charge if its result is lost. This uses current provider data, so its recommendation can differ. You may choose a future departure window of the same or shorter length; stops and planning settings remain unchanged. The included recalculation can be requested once, counts toward usage limits, and remains used if it fails or is cancelled. A failed included recalculation does not refund the original completed plan's credits. Queued confirmed plans can be resumed before their reservation expires. Disconnecting while a plan is running cancels that attempt and restores its reserved credits; check Recent plans for its recorded status.

Verified accounts may receive a one-time five-credit welcome grant without a card. A verified account may also redeem a valid pilot code shared by an operator. Welcome credits and credits already granted by a code do not expire. A code is globally single-use and may have an expiry, an optional verified-email restriction, or be revoked before redemption. Codes are not emailed automatically. The legacy subscription and invited-access entitlements are separate from these promotional credits.

Review the amount and currency in Stripe Checkout before paying. Paid checkout is disabled in test mode or while the operator support contact is missing. A confirmed monetary refund removes corresponding purchased credits; if already spent, future purchases first repay that balance. Contact the operator about billing corrections or unused-credit refund requests. Nothing here limits applicable consumer rights.

Existing accounts

Existing subscription and invited-access entitlements remain available. Eligible accounts receive 10 planning credits per UTC calendar month, which do not roll over, alongside their existing limited subscription planner. Subscription customers can manage or cancel renewal through Manage billing. The old $9 subscription is closed to new purchases.
